Registration for NCYC most often occurs through diocesan groups; each group has a designated "NCYC Group Leader." The NCYC Group Leader completes the registration process for his/her group and assures compliance with diocesan and NFCYM policy. NCYC does not allow for "individual" registration.

Generally, the NCYC group leader is the diocesan director of youth ministry or his/her designated representative. If you are not the designated group leader for your diocese, or his/her official representative, NFCYM cannot accept hotel requests or registrations from you.
To participate in NCYC contact your designated group leader and complete the registration process set forth by the diocese.
If your diocese does not have a designated group leader, check the "Direct Registration" list. If your diocese is an approved direct registration diocese, NFCYM can accept hotel requests and registration paperwork from you.
If you still do not see your diocese listed, contact NFCYM for assistance at ncyc@nfcym.org.
The National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM) is a membership organization comprised of affiliated Catholic dioceses and collaborating member organizations. As a membership organization, NFCYM chooses to process NCYC registrations through its member dioceses. In some cases, NFCYM allows parishes and high schools to register directly. This exception applies mainly to dioceses without a functioning youth ministry office, non-NFCYM affiliated dioceses, and those NFCYM member dioceses requesting a special exception.
